The Metzler Ranch Homeowner’s Association is comprised of a Board of Directors who are elected volunteers and Metzler Ranch residents. The Architectural Review Committee (Design Committee) is a sub committee comprised of volunteer Metzler Ranch residents. Together, the volunteer members of both committees work together to maintain the quality and integrity of the Metzler Ranch community.
The ARC/Design committee considers and approves exterior remodeling, such as house painting, decks, fences, landscaping, roofs, etc. to ensure compliance with the Metzler Ranch Covenants and Design Guidelines. The intention of the covenants is to keep the integrity of the environment and maintain home values. |
