How does it work?
PCMS provides a link to a payment portal where owners can process online payments. There are options for recurring payments. E-Checks from a checking or savings account are free, credit card payments will incur a fee.
What do I need to do?
Go to https://pcms.cincwebaxis.com, complete the registration, once approved and password is set you can log in and process payments, view your account activity, and submit various requests.
